Orders can be returned up to 12 days after customer receive a product. If you would like to return a product from your order, request RMA to send the unopened product back in its original sealed packaging.
All shipping costs will be deducted from the possible refund amount, along with the possibility of an additional 1-10% deduction to cover processing fees.
Requirements:
Items must be returned with all their original packaging and accessories, including a blank warranty card, manuals, samples, and no rebates should have been filed and/or claimed. If parts or accessories are missing from the original packaging, a fee will be deducted from customers refund value.
Please contact us for a return authorization (RA) number within 12 days of purchase. All merchandise returned must have an RA number or the package will be refused. Please write the RA number clearly on the package near the address label. Please include a copy of the original invoice with the package. Items must be in new condition in the original box and must include the packaging, warranty card, manual and accessories.
All defective merchandise should be returned directly to the manufacturer.
Return labels are not issued, all packages must be shipped prepaid to the supplier.
All returns are for refund only. Replacement product must be ordered again as a new order with a new order number and will include freight and handling charges.
Note: Credit will not be issued without the return tracking to show return was delivered back. Returns take some time to process and confirm the reason chosen is correct, therefore, credits can take up to 15 business days from the date the item is delivered back.
Our policy lasts 12 days. If 12 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please visit our contact us page to send us a message.
It could take up to 15 days, as this process takes time.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
